We are pleased to announce that effective December 1st, 2018 the service business of Eltec Elevator Ltd. will be acquired by KONE Inc., a proven leader in elevator service, repair, and modernization.

Our decision to partner with the KONE team was driven largely by KONE’s strong commitment to reliable and quality customer service that you have come to expect from all of us at Eltec. KONE recognizes that Eltec’s focus on personalized service is important to our Customers and sees the acquisition of Eltec as an opportunity to further strengthen the KONE team.

To ensure our Customers will receive the same levels of service that they are accustomed to, our current team of highly qualified technicians and office staff will be joining the KONE team. I will be accepting a position as Service Operation Manager. You will still be able to rely on the same personal working relationships that you presently have. The integration of our two organizations will result in even better service to you.

The enclosed information sheet provides some basic transition information regarding service requests and payments. In addition, there will be no change to the terms and conditions of your current service agreement.

Please be assured that our relationship with you means a great deal to us. As part of the KONE team, we will continue to service your needs as we have in the past and urge you to contact us with any questions.
