designed a total care preventative maintenance package to protect the
owner's original capital investment.
We offer three types of services agreements tailored to your building's
needs:
- Fully Comprehensive
Maintenance Agreement
- This contract is
designed to cover virtually every component of your elevator system.
- This coverage provides a
fixed monthly cost for the servicing with no surprise extra billings.
- Eltec Elevator Ltd.
guarantee's our service to maximize your elevators up-time and this
contract is backed by a performance clause that allows for early
termination in the event we do not live up to the terms of the
agreement.
- Basic Maintenance
Agreement
- This service coverage
provides a basic lubrication, greasing and an inspection of the
elevators safety circuits.
- This contract provides
the minimum requirement as identified by the elevating devices safety
branch.
- Eltec Elevator Ltd.
service technicians will advise of any required repairs and prepare a
comprehensive quotation that will be submitted for your approval
prior to implementation.
- Private Residential
Maintenance Agreement
- This contract is
designed for the light duty usage associated with the operation in
private homes and this agreement provides for the inspection on a
semi- annual or annual basis.
- All safety systems are
checked and all components are lubricated.

service technicians will advise of any required repairs and prepare a
comprehensive quotation that will be submitted for your approval
prior to implementation.
Each Eltec Elevator Ltd. Maintenance Agreement is serviced by our fully
trained, professional technicians, which are identified by company uniforms
and service vans. Each van is equipped with a large inventory of most
consumable replacement parts for all units that we service.

MODERNIZATION
Eltec Elevator Ltd. offers customized modernization or repair programs
and products, which can make an old elevator's performance and appearance
like new again.
Our technicians are experienced in every kind of elevator modernization. We
can design a modernization package that is both time and cost efficient.
Compliance with Codes:
All work performed by Eltec Elevator Ltd. complies with all applicable
building and elevator codes.
Should your elevator not be in compliance with the law; Eltec will offer a
quick and cost effective upgrade.

SERVICE & REPAIR WORK
Eltec Elevator Ltd. offers to quote on any service and repair work for
elevators and escalators, even those that we currently do not maintain.
Under the scope of our Fully Comprehensive Service agreement: we
schedule any major planned repair in advance: which allows early notice to
tenants of the pending building disruption.
In the event of an emergency repair, we always attempt to dispatch our
service team to quickly repair any problem and get your elevators back in
service.
For non-service customers, Eltec Elevator Ltd. can provides a survey and
competitive quotation for any type of service repair work including:
- Hoist rope replacement.
- Motor generator repairs.
- Pump motor repairs.
- Value replacements /
upgrades.
- Gland packing changes.
- Motor seal charges.
- Door operator repairs/
upgrades.

with their licensed and experience mechanics and will only use OEM parts
