Maike Marnet
(President)
Maike has a background as a developer of commercial buildings and her
company" Marnet Holding Corporation" provides special real estate
services since 1976.
Manfred Godow, her partner in life, introduced her to the elevator industry
and they incorporated "Eltec Elevator Ltd." in 1982, to offer
quality elevator maintenance with an understanding of the needs of building
owners and property managers. Maike and Manfred were the previous owners of
"Delco Industries Ltd." for the past 15 years; this company was a
supplier of quality products to elevator contractors throughout North
America.
Maike Marnet is dedicated to provide customers with the best products and
service; with her knowledge of the elevator industry this enables her to
focus "Eltec Elevator Ltd." towards this goal.

Manfred Godow
(Director)
Manfred started his elevator career with an apprenticeship at Otis in
Berlin and than transferred to Canada. While in Canada, Manfred worked his
way up to an adjustor and formed his own elevator maintenance company
"West Coast Elevator Ltd." which was sold. He was essential in
the start of "Eltec Elevator Ltd." and has contributed his
talents and experience ever since to the company. Manfred is now retired,
but the Eltec team still looks for his advice based on his numerous years
of experience and knowledge in both product aptitude and his diverse
technical skill base. Manfred has established international contacts not
only in the manufacturing field but also in the elevator industry
worldwide.

Dave Frislev
(Vice President)

Dave brings over 18 years of elevator industry experience to Eltec Elevator
Ltd.
Dave started his elevator career with several years of hands- on experience
performing installations, maintenance and service.
The next logical step was a move into management. With ever increasing
areas of responsibility gained through global elevator companies, working
as a account manager, area manager, sales and marketing manager and
currently acting as the Vice President of Eltec Elevator Ltd.

Bill Grace
(Controller)

Bill has performed accounting functions for the last 12 years, 7 in the
real estate industry including commercial and residential property
management companies, development, appraisal and sales companies.Bill is
committed to support Eltec Elevator Ltd. in meeting each of their outlined
objectives.
